Hello! I'm Juliet
I'm passionate about supporting and inspiring people to thrive in their careers and unleashing the talent in organisations to drive success. This is my ‘why?’ and inspired me to set up INNER TALENT Ltd.
I'm a talent management expert and ICF ACC accredited coach with over 20 years experience in the retail and utility industries. I've delivered all aspects of HR at different levels and worked with many individuals and leadership teams. I've driven talent strategy, practices and led teams alongside coaching, mentoring, facilitating and developing individuals.

I get a buzz out of seeing people succeed and get the results they want and more. If you want to progress in leadership, life or career, then I'm here to help. I'm a mum to two boys which keeps me on my toes so you'll also find me running which is one of my other passions!
